Who is The Stag Standard for?

The store is designed with adult gay men in mind, including beginners, experienced shoppers, couples, bears, men over 40, and kink-curious customers. Everyone age 18 or older who shops respectfully is welcome.

Can I go directly to the shop?

Yes. Guidance is optional. Use Start Here if you want help, or go directly to the Shop whenever you know what you want.

Is the packaging discreet?

Orders will ship in plain outer packaging without product names or explicit descriptions outside. Read the Shipping and Discreet Packaging Policy for details.

What will appear on my card statement?

Our card checkout currently says your statement will show THE STAG STANDARD. Your bank may display a shortened or slightly different version. The descriptor will not identify the products purchased. You can also read our Billing and Customer Service policy before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Use circumference, insertable length, firmness, shape, and base design rather than relying only on total length. Our Sizing and Fit guide explains the basics.

Are the products body-safe?

There is no universal regulated meaning of the phrase body-safe, so we do not use it as an empty guarantee. We evaluate disclosed materials, design, instructions, cleaning, and supplier documentation, then explain what is known on the product page.

Can intimate products be returned?

Unopened and unused eligible merchandise may be returned under our posted policy. Opened intimate products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns because they cannot be safely returned to circulation. Defects, damage, and our errors are handled separately.

Will you sell supplements or enhancement products?

No. We do not plan to sell scam supplements, fake medical products, poppers, or products built around unsupported enhancement claims.
