Adults only

This site and its products are intended only for adults age 18 or older. By using the site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to purchase and receive the products in your location. We may refuse or cancel an order when age, identity, payment, destination, fraud, or legal concerns cannot be resolved.

Product information

We work to make descriptions, materials, measurements, care information, prices, and availability accurate. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or production batch, and measurements may be approximate unless stated otherwise. Product information is educational and is not medical advice. No product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation means we received the order, not that we have accepted or shipped it. We may place an order under review, limit quantities, correct an obvious error, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled. Payment methods, taxes, shipping charges, and the approved card statement descriptor will be shown before checkout is completed.

Pricing and promotions

Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. We may correct typographical or technical errors. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Our Shipping and Discreet Packaging Policy, Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Safe and lawful use

Read the manufacturer instructions, inspect products before use, use suitable lubrication and cleaning methods, and stop use if a product causes pain, injury, numbness, or unexpected irritation. You are responsible for choosing and using products safely, lawfully, and as intended. Do not use a damaged product or share a product that cannot be safely sanitized.

Website content

The Stag Standard name, original copy, graphics, curation, and site design are owned by or licensed to The Stag Standard LLC and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services

The site may rely on service providers for hosting, payments, fraud prevention, email, analytics, fulfillment, and delivery. We are not responsible for an independent third party's separate website or conduct, but we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, The Stag Standard LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or misuse of a product.

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Arizona, without limiting consumer protections that must apply in a customer's home jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved directly will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
